Everything on this site is built from verifiable sources or labeled as an estimate. Here's exactly how.

Provider verification

• Every listed firm is checked against its own published site and/or the official CMMI Institute partner directory.
• Where only a directory listing exists (no standalone website confirmed), the profile says so explicitly.
• Verification status and date appear on each profile; we re-check periodically.
• Firms we can't verify aren't listed. No exceptions.

Editorial independence

• Matched partners may pay a lead/referral fee. This never affects listings, descriptions, picks, or recommendations.
• Sponsorship cannot purchase directory placement or ranking.
• “Best picks” are buyer-situation matches, not rankings — and the page says so.

What we never publish

• Fabricated reviews, ratings, testimonials, surveys, or statistics.
• Negative claims about providers we can't substantiate.
• “Cheapest” or “fastest” claims — we say best-fit and competing quotes.
• Cost figures presented as measured averages — every interpolated number is labeled a planning estimate, with sources cited.

Cost bands come from published third-party breakdowns, cited on the cost guide. Calculator outputs interpolate between published figures and are labeled planning estimates — not quotes, not averages.
